Offshore life can be rewarding, but it can also be tough. Long rotations, time away from home, pressure at work, isolation and personal challenges can build up — often without being talked about.
Even Keel exists to create a community where people from across the marine and offshore world can come together, talk openly, listen without judgement and look out for one another.
Sometimes the most important thing is simply knowing that someone understands.
